Do you have experience working in the Insurance industry? Are you looking for your next move? We have an exciting opportunity as an Insurance Account Handler within our team based in Swansea.
Joining us as an Insurance Account Handler means you\\\’ll work Monday to Friday (no weekends) with a basic salary relative to experience and a generous bonus structure. You’ll also receive benefits of working with the UK’s largest independent Insurance Brokers. We are open to hearing from people from all backgrounds and offer hybrid and flexible working for Account Handlers if the 9-5 life isn\\\’t for you.
Overview
What does the role involve?
- Supporting a designated client portfolio as the first point of contact, building strong relationships, and assisting with client queries.
- Providing excellent customer service and benefiting from relationship-building with clients.

Some experience in the Insurance Industry is essential; the rest is about you as a person:
