About the Role: Call Listening Administrator
In this role, you’ll play a vital part in maintaining high standards by:
- Listening to and reviewing client interactions to ensure advice is accurate, appropriate, and aligned with client needs.
- Identifying opportunities for improvement in product recommendations and advisor performance.
- Monitoring compliance with Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) regulations to ensure all advice and documentation meets required standards.
