Customer & Sales Support Executive

Location: Cirencester Office – Usay House, South Cerney, Cirencester, GL7 5XZ

Salary: £24,570 per annum

Job Type: Full-time, Permanent (Monday to Friday 8:30am – 5:00pm)

Responsibilities

  • Managing data and processing documentation with accuracy and efficiency.
  • Quality‑checking applications to ensure everything runs smoothly.
  • Liaising with insurance companies and internal teams to resolve queries.
  • Handling customer service tasks, including updating records, processing policy documentation, and addressing general inquiries.
  • Keeping spreadsheets and data logs up to date with precise information.

  • Experienced in administration (previous office experience is a plus, but full training is provided!)
  • Tech‑savvy – comfortable using Outlook, Word, Excel, and other office tools.
