We are seeking an Assessor to work 40 hours a week Monday – Friday at our head office in Poundbury.

This busy and varied role offers:

Assessors play a key role in the production of Desktop Rebuild Cost Assessment Reports for our clients. They are led by our Chartered Surveyor (RICS) team in producing an industry trusted assessment of building rebuild costs. Our Assessors are trained in-house to become highly skilled in online property searches using an array of internet based tools as well as bespoke internal systems. They produce reports for our clients providing a full breakdown of calculations, building measurements, pictures, and maps.

You will be required to meet targets, be highly organised, and have high levels of accuracy. You\’ll also have have an excellent eye for detail, a good understanding of the English language, knowledge and understanding of the internet, and the ability to prioritise work due to varying client service standards.
