Do you have experience in the Insurance industry? Looking for your next move in your career? We have an opportunity as a Professional Indemnity Insurance Account Handler in our Manchester team.
Joining us as an Insurance Account Handler means you’ll work Monday to Friday (no weekends) with a basic salary relative to experience and a generous bonus structure. You’ll also receive benefits of working with the UK’s largest independent Insurance Brokers.
Responsibilities
- Support a designated client portfolio as their first point of contact, build strong relationships and assist with queries as they arise.
- Deliver excellent customer service and leverage relationship-building to achieve success.
Qualifications
- Insurance industry experience of at least 2+ years, ideally in the professional indemnity sector.
- Ability to bring your best self to work every day to provide the best possible client experience.
- Proactive, uses initiative and demonstrates an entrepreneurial spirit.
- Confident working with clients on the phone and by email; experience in customer service is important.
- Works well with the team, is engaging, collaborative and resilient to change.
- Demonstrates honesty and integrity, essential in a financially regulated organisation.
