We are seeking an Insurance Account Executive with Personal Lines experience to join our Oxford or Winnersh office.

We’re looking for someone who uses their knowledge and experience of the Insurance Industry to build strong, trusted, and profitable client and customer relationships. This is a growing business with opportunity, flexibility and a positive culture.

Responsibilities

  • Foster relationships and help clients find the right Insurance products to fit their needs.
  • Tailor your approach, working with clients face to face, on the phone or via video calls.
  • Provide support to clients all year round and undertake networking and prospecting activities to build and develop your portfolio.
  • Offer clients solutions from a diverse range of brands and products across the Ardonagh Group, not just upsell or cross sell.
  • Be open to hybrid and flexible ways of working to suit you if the 9 to 5 office life is not for you.

Experience and qualifications

  • Essential: experience gained from within the HNW Insurance Industry in a similar role.
  • Bonus: relevant qualifications; opportunities to gain these after you join us.
