What does the role of an Account Executive involve?
This role is ideal if you enjoy fostering relationships and helping clients find the right Insurance products to meet their needs. Our Account Executives excel at tailoring their approach, working face-to-face, over the phone, or via video calls. You will support clients throughout the year and engage in networking and prospecting activities to grow your portfolio.
As an Account Executive, it’s not just about upselling or cross-selling. You’ll have the opportunity to offer clients solutions from a diverse range of brands and products across the Ardonagh Group. We welcome applicants from all backgrounds and offer hybrid and flexible working arrangements if the traditional 9-5 office schedule isn’t suitable for you.
What experience do our Account Executives need?
Experience within the HNW Insurance Industry from a similar role is essential. Relevant qualifications are a bonus, but we also offer opportunities to gain these after joining us.
