About the Role
We’re looking for a talented and experienced CAD Technician to join our growing architectural practice on a freelance basis. This is an in-house role (not remote) based just outside Selby, North Yorkshire, with a minimum commitment of 3 days per week.

We are a small, established practice operating from a unique and inspiring office space on a remote airfield just outside of Selby. Over the past six years, we’ve built a strong reputation for delivering thoughtful and creative architectural solutions across both residential and commercial sectors. At The Architect Design Studio, we’re more than just designers, we’re a team of trained professionals with a shared creative vision and a supportive culture. Role Requirements
•Experience producing detailed drawings for both residential and commercial projects
•Knowledge of current UK Building Regulations
•Skilled in AutoCAD
•Ability to work independently, manage workloads, and communicate effectively
•Must have own equipment and software
•Must be able to drive, due to our remote location
