What we're looking for:

  • Previous commercial property paralegal experience
  • Strong knowledge of commercial lettings and the Landlord & Tenant Act 1954
  • Confident drafting and reviewing legal documentation
  • Excellent attention to detail and communication skills
  • A proactive, collaborative approach with the ability to work independently

Key Accountabilities

What you'll be doing:

  • Managing commercial letting transactions from start to finish
  • Drafting, reviewing and completing commercial tenancy agreements
  • Preparing Landlord & Tenant Act 1954 contracting out documentation
  • Working closely with colleagues across the business, external lawyers and customers
  • Supporting the legal team with property law advice and day-to-day legal matters
