Key Accountabilities
- Drafting, negotiating and completing a wide range of commercial leases and other transactional property documentation
- Managing lease renewals, including matters under the Landlord and Tenant Act 1954
- Conducting title investigations and handling HM Land Registry matters
- Advising on day‑to‑day property legal queries across the business
- Supporting a busy, high‑volume leasing function while helping develop paralegals
- Working alongside senior colleagues and external counsel on more complex property matters where required
