We are seeking a Governance Professional & PA to provide support to our trustees, governors and executive leaders, helping to ensure effective decision‑making and strong governance across our Multi‑Academy Trust. This is a varied and influential role combining meeting coordination and minuting, governance, compliance and executive support responsibilities at the heart of our organisation.
You will play a key role in the effective management of governance processes, working closely with trustees and governors to ensure priorities are well organised, statutory requirements are met and key activities run smoothly. Previous education experience is welcome but not essential. We are looking for someone with excellent organisational skills, strong attention to detail, outstanding written communication and the confidence to work with senior stakeholders. This is an ideal opportunity for an experienced PA, Executive Assistant, administrator or governance professional looking to make a meaningful contribution to the children and students in our schools.
Responsibilities- Provide support to trustees, governors and executive leaders, ensuring effective decision‑making and strong governance across the Multi‑Academy Trust.
- Coordinate meetings, produce minutes and manage governance processes.
- Ensure statutory requirements are met and key activities run smoothly.
