Responsibilities
- Arrange bookings and appointments; communicate with customers face‑to‑face and over the phone.
- Complete relevant paperwork, prepare invoices and process warranty claims.
- Coordinate with workshop and management to deliver an excellent customer experience.
- Assist with the sale of accessories and service plans.
Qualifications and Requirements
- GCSE grades 9 – 4 (A – C) or equivalent in English, Maths and one other subject; or relevant Scottish qualifications.
- Equivalent grades include: BTEC first diplomas and certificates, OCR Nationals, Key Skills Level 2, NVQs.
- Essential skills: Functional Skills Level 2 (Wales), Core Skills (Scotland).
- Good organisational and communication skills; willingness to learn and work as part of a team.
