Salary: £28,000 - £30,000 (depending on experience)

Hours: Monday to Friday, 9.00am - 5.30pm

Contract: Permanent, full-time, office-based

What You'll Do:

Join our welcoming, dynamic team as a Customer Service Advisor, where you'll support our customers at the heart of our legal support services. This is not a call centre role - no cold calling and no selling. Instead, you will guide and assist customers with care and professionalism. After full training, you will:

  • Communicate with customers via phone, email, and online chat to answer questions and provide guidance.
  • Process incoming orders and perform secure card payments.
  • Conduct document checks and clerical tasks as part of our legal support services.

Each day brings variety, and you'll play a key part in helping individuals and small businesses with their document and legal service needs in a supportive, team-focused environment.
