Redding Ridge Asset Management is seeking a highly motivated and skilled CLO structurer to join our dynamic Structuring & Advisory team, supporting our global CLO issuance business and other platforms within the Apollo ecosystem.

Primary Responsibilities

• Work closely with senior structurers and other stakeholders to assist in all stages of deal structuring and execution.
• Develop investor models through Intex Dealmaker and Excel, including replicating rating agency stress scenarios.
• Formulate and articulate recommendations for issuance and equity deployment.
• Collaborate with the Portfolio Management team to monitor existing deals, identify and proactively address constraints.
• Communicate with legal counsel and rating agencies to ensure timely and smooth ratings processes.
• Maintain a deal pipeline for internal and external communication.

Qualifications & Experience

• 2+ years of CLO structuring experience.
• Proficient in Intex (Dealmaker and Calc) and Excel; VBA a plus.
• Fluency with all Big 3 CLO rating agency methodologies and models.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to present complex information clearly.
• Highly organized with strong time management; capable of handling multiple projects in parallel on tight deadlines.
• Thrives in a fast‑paced, team‑oriented environment.
• Demonstrates intellectual curiosity, attention to detail, and willingness to learn from feedback.
• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, mathematics or a related field with a record of academic achievement.
