Experience: Employability / Welfare to Work: 1 year (preferred)
Job Purpose: The purpose of this role is to support service users into employment by providing effective advice and guidance, employability related workshops, job matching and general lifestyle related advice which supports the journey into employment.

Accountabilities — Functional Responsibilities:
- Creating managing relationships with potential referral sources which may include Jobcentreplus, NEETs provisions, referral partners and other legitimate means of reaching the target audience.
- Creating action plans and reviewing said actions plans on a frequent basis with each service user.
- Identifying effective support provision through partnerships to support service users specific needs.
- Conducting in work support calls for each service user on a monthly basis for their job start date for a period of 12 months.
- Generating vacancy.
