We’re looking for a friendly, professional and hardworking Bar Supervisor to join the team at The Antwerp Arms. We’re a community-focused pub, and we’re looking for someone who genuinely fits into our welcoming atmosphere and understands what makes a great local pub.

You’ll be someone who enjoys being around people, knows how to create a warm and welcoming environment, and understands how to become part of a thriving community pub. As a supervisor, you’ll need to be confident leading a team, maintaining high standards and making sure the bar runs smoothly, while still being approachable and part of the team.

Personality, professionalism, reliability and a genuine passion for delivering an exceptional experience for our customers are just as important to us as experience.
