This is the route out of an Architectural practice and into a developer, on the path to Design Manager. You'd be the Design Coordinator on live projects, sitting in the seat that leads to Design Manager in two to three years. You’d have flexibility but this is mostly office or site based as and when needed.

Using Revit and AutoCAD much as you do now. Feeding into the commercial side. Sitting in on cost reviews, value engineering conversations, and decisions that move money around the project. Picking up the clashes and the gaps before they become a problem on site, and chasing information.

Architectural Technician background with Revit and AutoCAD. Commercial or Residential design background.
