What You’ll Be Doing
- Acting as Principal Designer for clients across the southern region, guiding them through CDM 2015 clearly and confidently.
- Reviewing design information, highlighting risks, and preparing CDM documentation.
- Carrying out site visits, audits and compliance checks.
- Supporting or leading fire risk assessments depending on experience.
- Collaborating closely with the northern team while owning your local patch.
- Contributing to best practice as the workload increases.
What You’ll Need
- 3–5 years’ CDM experience or strong Fire Risk Assessor experience, with the usual basic qualifications.
- Confident, precise communication with clients and design teams.
- Organised and dependable.
- Comfortable working without micromanagement.
