Provide guidance on Building Regulations for residential, commercial, and mixed-use projects. Mostly HRBs. Support BRPD responsibilities, Gateway Submissions, and regulatory compliance matters. Review plans, technical details, and specifications to ensure compliance with current legislation. Collaborate with clients, design teams, and colleagues to drive effective decision‑making. Stay up to date with industry changes, regulations, and Building Safety Act guidance. Deliver clear, accurate, and technically sound reports.
