The Animal People Recruitment Company is delighted to be partnering with an ambitious, fast-growing business to recruit a brand-new People Business Support Manager This is a rare opportunity to become a trusted extension of the Founder and leadership team, playing a pivotal role in supporting the business as it continues its exciting growth journey.

This isn't a traditional HR role, it isn't a typical Executive Assistant position, and it certainly isn't just office management.

Instead, we're looking for someone who thrives on variety, enjoys taking ownership and wants to become the person who keeps the business moving.

Working across people, projects, executive support and business operations, you'll help create the capacity for the leadership team to focus on growth, safe in the knowledge that the day-to-day running of the business is in capable hands.
