The Animal People Recruitment Company are proud to be exclusively partnering with a fast-growing and highly respected pet industry brand to recruit a Pet Industry Logistics Manager during a hugely exciting period of growth and international expansion. This is a brilliant opportunity for somebody with experience in logistics, exports, shipping, supply chain or ecommerce operations who enjoys improving processes, solving operational challenges and making a genuine impact inside a scaling consumer brand.
The business has grown rapidly over the last 12-18 months and continues to expand across both UK and international markets. They are now looking for somebody who can take ownership of logistics operations, export coordination, Amazon FBA replenishment and stock movement whilst helping improve systems, efficiencies and operational workflows as the company continues to scale.
A Quick Note About The Role: This is not a traditional logistics leadership position. You won't be managing large teams, transport fleets or warehouse operations. Instead, this is a highly operational role focused on export coordination, customs documentation, inventory management, Amazon FBA replenishment and international shipping. The successful candidate will enjoy being involved in the detail, solving problems and improving processes within a growing SME environment.
This is a hands-on role within a growing pet industry business where you'll work closely with leadership, warehouse, manufacturing and ecommerce teams to keep products moving efficiently across multiple sales channels and international markets.

Key Responsibilities:
- Managing Amazon FBA replenishment across UK EU markets
- Coordinating international shipments and export logistics
- Producing commercial invoices, customs paperwork and certificates of origin
- Managing stock movements across warehouse and fulfilment channels
- Working closely with freight forwarders, shipping carriers and courier partners
- Monitoring inventory and supporting stock forecasting
- Supporting operational process improvements and automation opportunities
- Liaising with warehouse, production and customer service teams to ensure smooth fulfilment operations
- Supporting logistics systems, shipping workflows and inventory management processes
What We're Looking For:
Must Have:
- Experience within logistics, exports, shipping, supply chain or ecommerce operations
- Experience handling customs documentation and international shipments
- Strong organisational skills and high attention to detail
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced SME environment
- Strong Excel, systems and operational administration skills
- A proactive, hands-on and solutions-focused mindset
Highly Desirable:
