We're recruiting on behalf of an established and rapidly growing premium consumer brand looking for a Customer Service Advisor to become the heart of its customer support function. This is a varied, hands-on role where no two days are the same. You'll be the first point of contact for customers, ensuring every enquiry is handled professionally, efficiently and with genuine care.
The Role
You'll be responsible for delivering an outstanding customer experience across multiple channels, including telephone, email and live chat. Your responsibilities will include:
- Managing customer enquiries from initial contact through to resolution.
- Processing customer orders and supporting order fulfilment.
- Responding to telephone, email and live chat enquiries.
- Resolving customer complaints professionally and efficiently.
- Processing refunds, replacements and credits.
