We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Night Veterinary Surgeon to join a small private clinic in Oldbury, West Midlands. This role is ideal for a confident vet who thrives in emergency and out-of-hours environments and is comfortable working independently during night shifts.

Working Hours

  • Monday to Thursday
  • 8:00 PM – 8:00 AM

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide high-quality veterinary care during night shifts
  • Handle emergency and critical care cases
  • Deliver out-of-hours consultations and treatments
  • Monitor and care for hospitalised patients overnight
  • Make confident clinical decisions independently
  • Maintain accurate and detailed patient records

Requirements

  • Qualified Veterinary Surgeon (RCVS registered)
  • Proven experience in emergency and out-of-hours care
  • Strong clinical and diagnostic skills
  • Ability to work independently and under pressure
