  • Sales & Revenue Generation
    • Respond promptly to all event enquiries (phone, email, in person).
    • Convert enquiries into confirmed bookings through effective sales techniques.
    • Proactively seek new business opportunities (corporate, private, seasonal events).
    • Upsell food, beverage packages, and add-ons to maximise revenue.
    • Manage and maintain a strong events pipeline and booking calendar.
  • Event Planning & Coordination
    • Plan and organise all event details including layout, timings, and requirements.
    • Liaise with kitchen and bar teams to create suitable menus and packages.
    • Ensure all function sheets and event briefs are accurate and communicated clearly.
    • Conduct site visits and client consultations to understand needs.
    • Coordinate entertainment, décor, and external suppliers where required.

    • Oversee smooth execution of events from set-up to completion.
    • Act as the main host/contact for clients during events.
    • Ensure high standards of service, presentation, and guest satisfaction.
    • Quickly resolve any issues or last-minute changes.
  • Customer Experience
    • Deliver exceptional, personalised service to all guests.
    • Build strong relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals.
    • Gather feedback and continuously improve the events offering.
  • Administration & Organisation
    • Maintain accurate records of bookings, deposits, and payments.
    • Ensure contracts, invoices, and terms are clearly issued and followed.

    • Keep event documentation organised and up to date.
  • Team Collaboration
    • Work closely with management, kitchen, and front-of-house teams.
    • Train and brief staff on upcoming events and service expectations.
