The Angels Mgmt is a Talent/ Influencer Management Agency connecting upcoming talent with leading worldwide brands. Our mission is to build the most engaged communities in the world and sign the fastest growing beauty, fashion, fitness and lifestyle creators across the UK and beyond. We are expanding quickly and are looking for an ambitious, passionate, highly organised, well connected and enthusiastic Talent Manager to join our team.

JOB ROLE- Managing your own roster of digital talent and their partnerships across their social media platforms as well as scout and sign new talent.
- A strong understanding of social media including Instagram, Tiktok and Youtube.
- Proactive outreach to ensure a constant flow of new and exciting brand deals/ PR/ Event invites to Talent.
- Talent inbox management - responding promptly and as quickly as possible to enquiries.
- Creating and sharing media kits.
- Fulfilling targets in terms of monthly and annual revenue.
- Updating spreadsheets on a daily/ weekly basis to track earnings and revenue targets.
- Liaising with content creators daily on anything necessary.
- Adapting behaviour between each talent, not taking a one size fits all approach.
- Manage multiple talent, projects and tasks simultaneously.
- Develop close relationships with talent, strategise and plan with them through monthly calls on how to grow their socials, discuss current work, how to attract further brand deals and overall career development advice.
- Work alongside the Founder across influencer marketing campaigns with clients.
- Actively search for new and emerging viral talent who are best suited to our agency's aesthetic and values and can provide high revenue targets.
- Support the signing and on-boarding processes of new talent.
- Liaise with clients and brands including: drafting, reviewing and executing contracting terms, fee negotiation, upselling, briefing and gathering analytics/ insights from sponsored posts.
- Scheduling content in the Talent's calendars.
- Assist with social media posts and other company admin.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in emails, on the phone and in person - a natural at building relationships with brands/agencies.
- Strategise with Founder/ team on roster retention techniques.
- Attend any meetings/calls with the agency, pitching the entire digital roster.
- Bring a strong network of industry and brand relationships.
- Ability to negotiate large commercial deals.
- Identify all the different potential sources of income talent can make.
- Stay on top of industry developments and share insights with the wider team that may affect the business or talent.
- Minimum 2 + years experience managing or working directly with Talent in the Fashion, Fitness and Beauty space.
- Social Media: 1 year (Preferred)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proven record of generating new business and selling.
- Exceptionally organised with the ability to manage multiple talent, projects and tasks simultaneously.
- Ability to develop key relationships and retain talent.
- Goal orientated with an ambition to reach and succeed targets.
- Strong interest in and passion within the influencer, fashion, beauty and digital industry.

- 9.30am - 5.30pm (Mon - Thurs) 4.30pm finish on Fridays.
