The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in hospitality and food service, demonstrating exceptional leadership skills while ensuring a welcoming environment for both staff and guests. Managing the front-of-house team to deliver outstanding customer service and the ability to hold your cool while all around you people are losing theirs. Responsibilities Supervise and lead the front-of-house team, ensuring all staff provide excellent service to guests. Oversee daily restaurant operations, including managing reservations, seating arrangements, and guest inquiries. Oversee bar operations. Collaborate with kitchen staff to maintain a smooth workflow between the front and back of house. Train and mentor new employees on hospitality standards, and customer service excellence. Handle guest complaints and feedback promptly and professionally to ensure customer satisfaction. Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the front-of-house area, ensuring compliance with health regulations. Monitor inventory levels of supplies and coordinate with suppliers for timely replenishment. Eventually create and manage the rota. Experience Proven experience in a supervisory or managerial role within the restaurant and/or cocktail bar. Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team effectively. Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on customer service. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
