Amitis Capital Digital Assets Multi‑Manager Fund (ACDAM) is a multi‑manager, multi‑strategy portfolio that invests across all active digital assets strategies, with a team across London, New York, Monaco, Zurich and Miami.
The Role
The analyst will work closely with the CIO to support liquid fund investment decisions, including leading the due diligence process for potential fund investments.

London or New York.
Responsibilities
- Support investment decisions across liquid (market neutral and directional) funds.
- Compile, maintain, and enhance a database of liquid digital asset hedge funds, tracking their performance and strategies.
- Evaluate and quantitatively assess performance of funds.
- Lead the due diligence process for potential fund investments from initial screening to the preparation of investment committee memos.
- Due diligence responsibilities include but are not limited to: conducting interviews with fund managers and their teams, review and analysis of underlying portfolio and token investments, performance analytics and on‑chain analytics tools, reference checks, and peer group comparisons.
- Stay informed about emerging trends in the crypto and blockchain space, with a focus on public markets and liquid tokens.
- Contribute to the team\’s knowledge base by producing content on private digital asset investing, market trends, and technological advancements.
Key Requirements, Skills and Attributes
- A blend of technical knowledge in blockchain systems and proficiency in quantitative finance, ideally within a fund of funds or asset management context.
- Strong familiarity with digital assets and DeFi, including a history of personal or professional investment in digital assets.
- Strong execution, planning, and organisational skills with an ability to multi‑task along with excellent interpersonal skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills and an ability to present sophisticated concepts or information in a digestible format.
- Effective problem‑solving ability with an appreciation of the need for practical and pragmatic solutions.
- Self‑starter, able to work in an entrepreneurially run, high‑growth environment.
- Proficient in data analysis tools and programming languages such as Python and R.
- Bachelor’s or master’s in Finance, Economics, Computer Science or related field, with a strong emphasis on quantitative analysis.
- Minimum of 3–5 years’ work experience.
- CFA preferred.
