Dispute Resolution Solicitor – Totnes / Hybrid – Up to £60,000pa + Benefits.
This is a superb opportunity for a Dispute Resolution Solicitor to join an established law firm in the Totnes area, with the added benefit of hybrid working.
Responsibilities
- Deal with all manner of Dispute Resolution work for the firm’s established high-net-worth client base.
- Manage your own varied caseload from inception to completion for clients, including commercial litigation, property litigation, contentieux trusts, probate and construction disputes.
- Attend regular in-person client meetings, occasionally off-site.
- Work as part of an established team on a variety of cases.
Qualifications
- Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive with a minimum of 3 years PQE.
- Experience in managing a caseload and building client relationships.
- Technically competent and meticulous with a wide range of client experience.
- Be keen to learn, train and develop knowledge and skills.
