An experienced Conveyancing Paralegal is now required to join this outstanding, and rapidly expanding firm of Solicitors. Based in the Stalybridge office with hybrid working available, this is an integral role within the business, and so experience of the Residential Conveyancing process is essential.
Responsibilities
- Support the Residential Conveyancing process within a growing firm.
- Demonstrate knowledge of the procedures surrounding either Post Exchange, or Post Completion (or both) as applicable.
- Work as part of a team to contribute to shared goals.
Qualifications
- Must be from a similar background, with a good understanding of Residential Conveyancing.
- Must have a good knowledge of the procedures surrounding either Post Exchange, or Post Completion (or both).
- Possess a confident and professional telephone manner.
- Be highly literate, able to converse professionally both in writing and verbally.
- Be a team player, always working towards a common goal.
