Are you an experienced Senior Legal Cashier now seeking a new role in the Milton Keynes area? This is a fantastic opportunity to join the team in a leadership position as a Senior Legal Cashier within this established Law Firm. This firm, specialising in Residential Conveyancing, is growing rapidly and can offer you a collaborative and supportive culture, in addition to long‑term career growth opportunities.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Managing a small team of established Legal Cashiers.
  • Responsible for all financial transactions and financial functions of the business, ensuring these are handled in accordance with the SRA accounts rules.
  • Liaising closely with all parties concerned to ensure smooth and timely processes.
  • Liaising with fee earners and other members of the team to resolve fee queries.

What you’ll have:

  • Previous experience of working as a Legal Cashier / Senior Legal Cashier within the legal sector, ideally within conveyancing.
  • A meticulous and professional attitude towards your work.
  • Familiarity with banking practices and processes (including BACS, CHAPS, etc.), alongside a good knowledge of the SRA accounting rules and regulations.
  • People‑management experience would be an advantage.
