Our clients, an established and highly reputable Law Firm with offices in Accrington, is now seeking an experienced Conveyancing Fee Earner / Licensed Conveyancer / Conveyancing Solicitor to join their growing team. You will be part of a friendly and supportive team in the busy Residential Conveyancing department.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage your own full and varied caseload of residential transactions, both sale and purchase
- Provide clear and accurate advice to clients and liaise with concerned parties
- Maintain excellent client care, ensuring repeat business
- Supervise junior team members
Qualifications
- Experience as a Conveyancing Fee Earner, Licensed Conveyancer or Conveyancing Solicitor
- Must be able to commute to Milton Keynes on a daily basis
- Detail oriented with experience of case management systems
- Strong and confident communicator and a team player with a positive approach
- Confident in managing your own caseload
