This is a superb opportunity for a Residential Property Solicitor or Licensed Conveyancer to join an established law firm in the Kingsbridge area. The position offers hybrid working, allowing you to split your week between office and remote work.

Working hours: 9am to 5pm, Monday to Friday

The Role:

  • Manage your own full and varied caseload of Residential Property transactions with the support of the Paralegal teams
  • Provide clear and accurate advice to clients, in addition to liaising with concerned parties
  • Maintain excellent client care, ensuring repeat business
  • Supervise junior team members

The Person:

  • Solicitor, Chartered Legal Executive or Licensed Conveyancer with a minimum 5 years PQE in Residential Property Conveyancing
  • Excellent networker who enjoys building client relationships
  • Must possess excellent IT skills, and ideally experience of using a Case Management System
  • Technically competent and meticulous with a wide range of client experience
  • Kept eager to learn, train and develop your own knowledge and skills
