You’ll manage a caseload of residential property transactions from instruction through to completion, ensuring a smooth, compliant, and client-focused service.
Key Responsibilities- Freehold and leasehold sales & lease purchases
- Remortgages
- Transfers of equity
- New builds and Help to Buy
- Title checks and property searches
- Drafting and reviewing contracts
- Raising and responding to enquiries
- Solicitors Regulation Authority (SRA) compliance
- Adherence to anti-money laundering regulations
- Qualified Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer, or Legal Executive
- 3+ years’ experience in residential conveyancing
- Ability to run files independently
- Excellent client communication skills
- Experience with high-volume caseloads
- Familiarity with case management software (e.g. Leap, Proclaim)
- Business development or networking experience
- Hybrid working
