About the Role
Conveyancing Fee Earner / Conveyancing Solicitor / Licensed Conveyancer role in Milton Keynes. Hybrid working following probation (2 remote days). Salary up to £55,000 per annum, discretionary annual bonus, and pension. Benefits include realistic caseload with paralegal support, a supportive, friendly and collaborative environment, plenty of CPD & career progression opportunities, 23 days holiday plus bank holidays, and working hours 9am to 5:30pm Monday to Friday.

- Experienced Conveyancing Fee Earner, Licensed Conveyancer or Conveyancing Solicitor.
- Must be able to commute to Milton Keynes on a daily basis.
- Detail oriented with experience of case management systems.
- Strong and confident communicator, team player with a positive approach.
- Confident in managing own caseload.
Responsibilities
- Manage own full and varied caseload of residential transactions, both sale and purchase.
- Provide clear and accurate advice to clients, and liaise with concerned parties.
- Maintain excellent client care, ensuring repeat business.
- Supervise junior team members.
