My client is seeking a motivated and relationship-driven person to join their conveyancing team as a Partnerships Manager. This is an opportunity to play a key role in building and nurturing relationships with estate agents and mortgage brokers, helping to drive new business and support our continued growth.
What you will receive:
- £28,000 per annum basic salary (OTE of £38,000 per annum in year 1)

- 29 days annual leave + Bank Holidays

What you will be doing:
- Building and managing relationships with referral partners, including estate agents and mortgage brokers.
- Converting suitable contacts into active referrers, building your own pipeline and helping generate a steady flow of new client sign-ups.
- Monitoring referral activity, including lead flow and conversion rates, and working towards weekly and monthly targets.
About you:
- You will have a minimum of 1 year experience in business development in a conveyancing or an estate agency setting.
- You will be confident making outbound contact with prospect clients and working to targets.
- A professional, positive, ambitious and enthusiastic approach.
