Property Management Compliance Coordinator - Newcastle-upon-Tyne
£30,000pa + Benefits
We now seek an experienced Property Management professional to lead the Certification and Compliance function within a busy Lettings Agency in Newcastle.

The Role
Responsible for proactively managing and scheduling all landlord compliance requirements including:
- Gas Safety Certificates
- Electrical Reports
- Energy Performance Certificates
- HMO Certificates
- Identify any remedial works and obtain quotations
- Liaise closely with Landlords and Tenants
- Produce regular compliance reports Monday to Friday + every third Saturday 9:30am to 1pm
The Person
- Previous experience working in Lettings or Property Management is desirable
- Must be highly organised and IT literate
- Must be able to multi-task
- Be a confident communicator and be able to work as part of a team
