We are now seeking an experienced, enthusiastic, sales-focused, and confident Property Manager / Lettings Negotiator to join this forward-thinking Lettings Agency in Newcastle.

Working Hours
9am to 5pm, Monday to Friday
Responsibilities
- Handling property enquiries
- Arranging and carrying out viewings with prospective tenants
- Entering into negotiations to secure leases on properties in the portfolio
- Managing legal documentation
- Working with landlords to manage their properties professionally and efficiently
- Managing tenant queries and support
- Managing the delivery of property maintenance
- Carrying out property inspections in line with tenancy requirements
- Working with the marketing team on ongoing campaigns across multiple channels to successfully let the portfolio
Qualifications
- Exceptional and proven sales skills with a background in lettings
