Ready for your next big challenge in law? My client is seeking a dedicated, tech-savvy Legal Secretary to join their busy Litigation team.

What you'll be doing

  • Typing solicitor notes and audio files, creating polished documents while helping us modernise processes to rely less on traditional dictation.
  • Open new files for departments and meticulously documenting them.
  • Be point of contact for the department by taking calls, providing reception cover, and handling everyday operational and administrative needs.
  • Support the head of department with influencing and aligning team members with key business processes.
  • This role is on site Monday to Friday, working 09:00-17:30 with a 17:00 Friday Finish.

Requirements of the role

  • Experience: 2+ years as a legal secretary or assistant.
  • Solid computer literacy, strong MS Office skills, and hands-on experience with case management platforms.
  • A calm, people person with a positive presence who can put clients at ease, balanced with a tenacious, detail-oriented drive to follow through on every single team action.
