Residential Conveyancer - South West London (Hybrid Available) – £60,000pa + Bonus + Benefits

The Person
- An experienced Residential Conveyancer with a minimum of 1 year PQE
- Experience of working on files from inception to post completion, including title checks
- Experience of New Builds, Lease Extensions, Remortgages and both Sale & Purchase
- Detail oriented and able to work within a team
- Able to work autonomously and contribute towards the department's billing target
- Experience of LEAP and other applicable software
The Role
- Managing a caseload of around 60 files at any one time
- Working all aspects of Residential Conveyancing, from inception to Completion
- Liaising closely with other departments to secure additional business for the Firm
