We are now seeking an experienced, enthusiastic, sales-focused, and confident Property Manager / Lettings Negotiator to join this forward-thinking Lettings Agency in Newcastle.

Compensation and Benefits:

Working Hours:

9am to 5pm, Monday to Friday

Responsibilities:

  • Handling property enquiries
  • Arranging and carrying out viewings with prospective tenants
  • Entering into negotiations to secure leases on properties in the portfolio
  • Managing legal documentation
  • Working with landlords to manage their properties professionally and efficiently
  • Managing tenant queries and support
  • Managing the delivery of property maintenance
  • Carrying out property inspections in line with tenancy requirements
  • Working with the marketing team on ongoing campaigns across multiple channels to successfully let the portfolio

Qualifications:

  • Exceptional and proven sales skills with a background in lettings
