What you'll be doing:
- Process financial transactions across the business, ensuring these are handled in accordance with the SRA accounts rules.
- Involved in all aspects of client accounts and office accounts, including raising invoices and ensuring payments have been received.
- Adhoc finance reporting and petty cash management.
- Daily bank reconciliations and invoice processing.
- Assist in the preparation of the monthly accounts pack.
What you'll have:
- Minimum of 6 months experience of working within a Finance Team.
- Ideally a similar role within a Law Firm, but not essential.
- AAT Level 3, semi-qualified ACA / CIMA / ACCA OR possess excellent practical experience.
- Experience of using Xero, Excel and Leap would be an advantage.
- Meticulous and professional attitude towards your work.
- Familiarity of banking practices and processes (including BACS, CHAPS etc.) and ideally a good knowledge of the SRA accounting rules and regulations.
