Responsibilities
- Manage a case load from inception to completion under the guidance of a Conveyancer.
- Deal effectively with clients and third parties over the telephone, in written correspondence and occasionally face‐to‐face, to provide advice and assistance.
- Communicate with clients and third parties on all elements of the conveyancing transaction.
- Keep the case management system and any third‐party web sites up to date in real time, together with emailing out weekly updates to the developer.
- Maintain the relationship with the referrer and ensure a steady flow of incoming work and prevent any drop off of work due to poor performance.
- Targeted on exchanges and revenue.
- Prepare required documentation as required with the conveyancing process.
- Responsible for the preparation of completions and for ensuring everything runs smoothly on the day of completion.
Qualifications
- Experience assisting with a caseload of new build transactions.
- Strong administrative skills gained in an office environment.
- Conversant in Microsoft Office.
- Experience of using a case management system.
- Confident in building and maintaining business relationships through excellent communication.
