We’re currently recruiting for a Network Services Coordinator to join our vibrant Network Services team at Head Office. In this dynamic and fast paced office environment, you will provide exceptional customer service support to the wider APC network, analyse data, report the findings and have a solution-based approach to your work. In addition to this, the Network Services team work with all Head Office departments and engage with consumers who use APC services.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives on problem-solving and multitasking, and who brings a positive, professional attitude to every interaction.
You’ll need:
- Strong relationship‑building skills and the ability to manage customer and depot professionally
- Experience handling service issues from enquiry to resolution with clear, proactive communication
- Confidence in managing expectations, following up on outstanding queries, and ensuring customers feel supported
- The ability to identify service trends or recurring issues and communicate them effectively to the wider team
- A calm, organised approach when working under pressure or managing multiple priorities
- A strong background in customer service
- Confidence on the phone
- Experience managing social media platforms
- Excellent attention to detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Industry experience is a plus—but not essential. Full training will be provided!
This is a hybrid role: 4 days in the office, 1 day working from home (if required). You’ll work 37.5 hours per week on a rota basis, with example shifts including:
- 07:00–15:00
- 08:00–16:00 or 08:30–16:30
- 09:00–17:00 or 09:30–17:30
- 10:00–18:00, 10:15–18:15, or 11:00–19:00
You’ll also cover Saturday mornings on a 1-in-4 rota: 07:00–15:00 or 07:30–15:30, 08:00–16:00
