We are seeking a motivated, creative, and commercially minded Sales, Marketing & Social Media Officer to manage and grow our nursery group's brand, visibility, and occupancy. This is a hands-on role for someone who loves sales just as much as creativity, has an eye for quality, and is confident representing a brand front-facing with parents, partners, and stakeholders. You will play a key role in increasing enquiries, converting leads, and ensuring our nurseries are consistently presented to a high standard across all platforms.

Key Responsibilities

  • Sales & Occupancy
    • Drive nursery enrolments and increase occupancy across all settings
    • Manage enquiries, follow-ups, and conversions from first contact to enrolment
    • Work closely with nursery managers to support occupancy targets
    • Plan, promote, and deliver Open Days and Open Evenings
    • Track and report on sales activity, leads, and conversions
  • Marketing & Branding
    • Lead on branding and marketing across the nursery group
    • Ensure all marketing materials are high quality, professional, and on-brand
    • Create and deliver marketing campaigns that generate real enquiries
    • Maintain consistency of brand voice, messaging, and visual identity
  • Social Media & Digital Presence
    • Manage all social media platforms end-to-end
    • Have a creative eye to create social media content in brand
    • Plan and create engaging content including posts, stories, and short-form video
    • Ensure content reflects the quality, values, and ethos of the nurseries
    • Monitor engagement and performance, adapting strategy to maximise reach and enquiries
  • Stakeholder & Front-Facing Engagement
    • Act as a confident and professional representative of the nursery brand
    • Build strong relationships with parents, local professionals, and community partners
    • Attend events, networking opportunities, and partnership meetings where required

About You

  • Is creative with a strong eye for quality, detail, and presentation
  • Has a can-do, proactive attitude and takes ownership of their work
  • Is passionate about marketing but genuinely enjoys sales and results
  • Is confident, personable, and professional when engaging with stakeholders
  • Is organised, self-motivated, and able to manage multiple priorities
  • Has experience in sales, marketing, social media, or a similar role (early years experience is a bonus but not essential)
