The Role: At The Alliance, we’re dedicated to creating top-tier, accredited courses and learning experiences across industries to foster community and professional development. We’re seeking a proactive course coordinator to support and work with our industry experts, course team, enterprise clients, event and community teams in the delivery of exceptional educational and training programs. In this role, you’ll play a vital part in the management and coordination of our courses and workshops from planning sessions to supporting course content – ensuring smooth virtual and in-person program delivery. In this role you will.. Manage program setup: Gain hands-on experience coordinating both in-person and virtual learning programs by sourcing instructors, supporting with content delivery, managing project tasks, and updating schedules—building your expertise in program and project management. Coordinate administrative tasks: Develop strong organizational skills by overseeing project timelines, tracking course registrations, and maintaining accurate internal records to keep our learning experiences running smoothly. Support content creation & maintenance: Work closely with the marketing team to build and maintain landing pages, gather testimonials, and prepare engaging student communications—giving you exposure to content and marketing strategy. Feedback & quality control: Hone your communication skills by supporting students, collecting feedback, and sharing insights for program improvement—playing a direct role in enhancing our courses. Additionally, you’ll be the go-to for our Customer Success and Support teams for all things education. Assist with special projects: Contribute to impactful projects, such as content migration across platforms, tracking course certifications, and providing diverse experiences and growth opportunities within the team. This role is ideal for someone eager to grow in a collaborative environment, build a broad set of marketing and course management skills, and make a real impact in the world of professional education. This role is for you if you have: Strong Organizational skills with an eye for detail and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment. Effective communication skills enhancing cross-departmental collaboration with team members, instructors, and students across various channels. Tech-savvy with familiarity in using digital tools such as Asana, Zoom, Google Suite, and Slack; experience with LMS platforms (e.g., Learnworlds, Teachable) or project management tools is a plus. Problem-solver with initiative who takes proactive steps to troubleshoot and ensure smooth program delivery. Data-driven mindset with the ability to track and analyze basic program metrics and performance (familiarity with Google Analytics is a bonus). Team player who is adaptable, eager to learn, and ready to support colleagues and projects across different functions. Education experience is nice to have. Project management is a bonus!
