The post holder will provide subject matter expertise to support our Primary Care teams in making best use of data and analytics in the delivery of our Primary Care Support Programme with a particular focus on using the Apex system to support Quality Improvement., The post holder will lead the design of a coherent approach to support the use of data across Integrated Care Teams (ICTs), Primary Care Networks (PCNs)and practices, working with the ICB analytical teams, QI leads and practices to make the best use of available data. The role will operate with a high level of autonomy, influencing system partners and providing expert advice to senior clinical, operational and commissioning leaders.
Alliance for Better Care (ABC) is a GP Federation uniting 77 NHS GP member practices across 98 sites within 24 Primary Care Networks in Sussex and Surrey.
