This is a client-facing, fast-paced role at the heart of our sponsorship business. As an Associate Account Manager, you’ll work closely with our sponsorship sales team to deliver standout experiences for our partners, across global events, VIP dinners, 1-2-1 meetings, and digital sponsorship campaigns. You’ll be the bridge between what we sell and what we deliver. That means owning sponsor relationships, ensuring flawless execution, and helping clients see real value from their investment. This role isn’t just about delivery, it’s about energy, presence, and ownership. You’ll be on-site at events, building relationships face-to-face, making things happen in real time, and representing The Alliance with confidence.
What You’ll Do
- Client success & delivery: Ensure sponsors get what they signed up for across events, dinners, and digital campaigns, and that it lands well.
- Event execution (global): Be on-site at events, managing sponsors, handling logistics, and making sure everything runs smoothly.
- Sponsor relationships: Build strong, trusted relationships with clients, from onboarding through to delivery and beyond.
- Sales collaboration: Work closely with the sponsorship sales team to align on client goals, expectations, and opportunities.
- Performance & reporting: Track results, share performance insights, and help demonstrate ROI to clients.
- Account growth: Spot upsell and expansion opportunities and bring them back to the sales team.
- Operational excellence: Stay organized across multiple accounts, timelines, and deliverables, using tools and automation to stay efficient.
What Success Looks Like
- You’ll be measured on a mix of delivery, client satisfaction, and growth:
- Strong execution across events, digital campaigns, and client deliverables.
- High client satisfaction and clear demonstration of value.
- Consistent client check-ins and relationship building (QBR-style conversations).
- Identifying and contributing to account expansion opportunities.
- Smooth onboarding and clear alignment on client goals from day one.
Previous Experience
- You have some experience in B2B account management, client success, or events.
- You’re confident, personable, and love being in front of clients (especially in-person).
- You bring energy, you’re someone people enjoy working with and remember after meeting.
- You’re highly organised and can juggle multiple projects without dropping the ball.
- You’re proactive, you don’t wait to be told what to do.
- You’re excited by travel and being on-site at global events.
Compensation
£30,000-£35,000 Base salary based on experience.
