The Role: As a Digital & Advertising Sponsorship Executive, you’ll play a key role in connecting leading B2B brands with our highly engaged professional communities through impactful digital B2B demand generation, data, media services, online display advertising and influencer campaigns. From webinars and custom content, to virtual roundtables and lead generation programs, you’ll craft solutions that deliver genuine value and measurable ROI. This is a hands-on, commercially focused role for someone who thrives on building client relationships, solving problems creatively, and driving revenue. You’ll join a fast-paced, supportive team with strong growth potential.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive Digital Growth: Own and grow your pipeline across digital sponsorship and advertising channels (including website placements, newsletter sponsorships, influencer programs & campaigns, and lead-gen content like webinars and white papers). Prospect, pitch, and close deals across both net-new and existing accounts.
  • Advertisement Focus: Package and sell advertising opportunities across our high-traffic websites, membership platforms, and digital communities, leveraging organic engagement and deep audience trust.
  • Revenue Performance: Consistently meet and exceed sales targets by maintaining strong pipeline discipline, accurate forecasting, and a results-driven mindset.
  • Advisor approach: Partner with clients to understand their goals and build solutions that drive measurable impact. Understand their business challenges, recommend tailored solutions, and feed insight back into our product and content roadmap.
  • Market Insight & Opportunity Creation: Stay ahead of trends within the SaaS, martech, AI, and digital education spaces. Identify new commercial opportunities and proactively propose ideas to capitalise on them.

Requirements: If the below sounds like you, we’d love to hear from you:

  • You have a deep understanding and proven track record of prospecting and developing strong relationships with enterprise customers (18 months + experience preferred).
  • You’ll be determined and focused, and enjoy the challenge of hunting and closing net new business.
  • Tough targets won’t scare you and you’ll have a demonstrable track record of not just meeting them - but exceeding them.
  • Confidence to experiment with different tactics, shake up strategy, adapt to new trends, to incorporate new products, changes, or to bounce back from subpar results.
  • You want ownership in your role from the beginning and are ready to level up.
  • You expertly balance and prioritise your daily to-do's, as well as your short-term and long-term planning.
  • Experience with Asana or project management tools a plus (desirable).

Location: This role can be either Hybrid in our London office or completely remote across the UK (not abroad).

Salary: Base Salary range £32K - £38K (*Based on previous experience) - OTE £60K+
