We’ve just obtained a beautifully furbished old-school American truck, fully equipped with twin Gozney Dome S2's! If you are obsessed with perfect crusts, fresh ingredients, and love the energy of outdoor, theater-style cooking, this is your canvas. Plus, you won’t just be stuck in the truck — we’ll get you fully cross‑trained in our main kitchen too, giving you the best of both worlds and a massive head start on your career. We do things the right way, look after each other like family, and genuinely celebrate individuality. If you’ve got a passion for fresh food and a great attitude, you’ll fit right in.
