The Randolph is one of Oxford’s most iconic addresses. For over 150 years it’s been the place where students celebrate, academics debate, and visitors from around the world come to soak up the city. Behind our bars, every shift is different, and every guest has a story. We’re looking for casual bartenders who want flexible hours at a hotel that’s anything but ordinary.

What Will You Be Doing?
- Preparing and serving cocktails, wines, beers and spirits to a consistently high standard
- Delivering warm, attentive service to hotel guests, locals and visitors
- Sharing knowledge of the drinks menu and making confident recommendations
- Keeping the bar clean, stocked and service-ready throughout every shift
- Supporting opening and closing duties, including cash handling and till procedures
- Following licensing laws, responsible service practices, and food safety and allergen standards
- Working closely with the wider food and beverage team to deliver seamless service across the hotel
What Do You Need?
- Bar or hospitality experience is a bonus, but the right attitude matters more; we’ll train you
- A genuine love of looking after people and creating great experiences
- Energy, positivity and the ability to keep calm when the bar is three deep
- A team player who’s happy to help out wherever needed
- Availability for evening and weekend shifts
- Right to Work in the United Kingdom
