40 hours per week, initial 3-month contract, £28,000 per annum pro rata. Potential to go permanent after completion of initial project.
- 4 weeks holiday per annum pro rata for the three month contract

The Role
We are seeking someone local who has good painting skills to complete a 3-month assignment.
The project involves the sanding, minor filling and then painting of all external windows on the hotel. The windows are wooden and require a white gloss finish. The hotel is spread over three floors so working at height will be required. A cherry picker will be supplied for safety and ease of completing the task. Paints, fillers and all tools will be supplied.
Working 5 days 40 hrs a week (Monday to Friday). As the work is external some flexibility with working days may be required if the weather turns inclement.
On successful completion of this assignment further projects will be available with the potential of you becoming a permanent member of the team.

- Applicants will possess excellent technical skills in all areas of painting
- Practice effective preparation techniques to ensure a lasting and high-quality finish
- Ensure excellent quality of application using gloss paint
- Have a good eye for detail
- Work in a safe way for yourself, colleagues and guests causing minimum disruption
